Alibaba Cloud SME AI Growth Day 2025

When Belleo Events & Media brought me on for the Alibaba Cloud SME AI Growth Singapore conference, the brief was straightforward.

So that's what we did.

From the overall venue layout to individual booth specifications, F&B operations, to on-site partner liaison. The entire physical experience of the event ran through us. Thirteen exhibition booths across two zones: the Alibaba AI Showcase and the Partner Booths, each with their own setup requirements, furniture specs, and on-the-day needs.

Registration. Flow. Food. The parts of an event that attendees never think about, because when it's done right, they don't have to.

More than 200 attendees came through on 4 December 2025. Partners on the ground included IMDA and a roster of Singapore's emerging tech players across AI, cloud, and enterprise solutions.
