Finding the Path Forward

A few years in, things were working. Not explosively, but working. The brand had customers, it had a product people liked, and it had survived the hard early years that most brands don't.

But surviving and growing are two different things. And they knew it.

The question wasn't whether to grow. It was where to focus, what to fix first, and how to build momentum without throwing money at the wrong things.

I built them a 100-day plan. Three phases, each with clear focus areas and measurable targets. Phase one was about looking honestly at what was actually happening in the business, the funnel, the traffic, the content, the numbers. Phase two was about taking action with what we found: email, promotions, social proof, and content. Phase three was about building for the longer term, loyalty, partnerships, and paid advertising done properly.

The plan was built to be handed over. Clear enough for an in-house team to execute, rigorous enough to actually move the needle.

Sometimes you don't need someone in the room every day. You need someone to show you exactly where to go.
