When Richmind came to Singapore to showcase Oystra at the Global Property Expo 2025, they arrived with their director and manager. Everything else, the booth, the suppliers, the staff, the logistics, came through me.

Oystra is a Zaha Hadid Architects-designed development on Al Marjan Island. Bringing it to a Singapore audience required a presence that matched the quality of the project.

The booth design consultation, liaison with production and furniture rental suppliers, F&B coordination through Marina Bay Sands directly, sourcing for the smaller items that always come up. Two part-time staff sourced and managed on the ground.

And beyond the booth floor, ground logistics for the team while they were in Singapore, transfers, getting them where they needed to be.

Three days at one of Singapore's most prominent property expos. Richmind's sole focus was on their clients and their conversations. Having the right person on the ground makes all the difference, to cover all the details.
